Important information to know about each individual user is easily viewed on their account, which is accessible through MeshView Administrator. Finding out which customers are using a high amount of bandwidth is crucial. We provide daily summations of downloaded and uploaded bandwidth, overall or by access point. These consumption totals are stored for each user, providing an accurate way to know whether a customer used excessive bandwidth, and on which days.

Additionally, searching for user accounts is easy, making the support of customers who forgot their username or password nearly effortless. Verifying a customer's transactions through their account also adds simplicity. Having a particular user on the Free Access, Unlimited Bandwidth, or Blocked list is also easily done by MAC address. We also provide a window which displays the number of users that have been connected in the last twenty-four and forty-eight hours. Directly Amend Access Lists

The Free Access list essentially allows computers or network devices to pass-through and have access without user authentication, which is useful for granting certain users free access or for allowing devices through that cannot authenticate with a web browser. The Unlimited Bandwidth list gives computers or devices peak speed and limitless bandwidth. Blocked computers or devices simply have no internet access.
